Cancellation conditions will be shown in your booking confirmation or accommodation agreement.

Deposits and other payments may be non-refundable, depending on when the booking is cancelled. We strongly recommend that all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, illness, injury, weather disruption and travel delays.

Changes to a booking, including changes to dates or guest numbers, are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

CHECK-IN AND CHECKOUT

Check-in and checkout times will be provided in your booking confirmation and pre-arrival information.

Early check-in or late checkout must be approved in advance and may incur an additional charge.

Additional guests or visitors require prior approval. The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring that everyone in the group complies with these terms and the property rules.

CARE OF THE PROPERTY

Guests must take reasonable care of the property, its furniture, appliances, equipment and vehicles.

The lead guest is responsible for any loss or damage caused by members of the group, excluding reasonable wear and tear. Any damage, breakage or maintenance issue should be reported as soon as possible.

Additional cleaning, repair or replacement costs caused by misuse, negligence or failure to follow the property rules may be charged to the guest.

Vehicles must not be driven after consuming alcohol or drugs, used negligently or taken off-road.

SNOW AND WEATHER CONDITIONS

Shofusha Lodge is located in a mountain region that can experience heavy snowfall and changing road conditions.

Guests are responsible for planning suitable transport and allowing sufficient time for travel. Weather, snow conditions, transport delays and ski-resort operations are outside our control and do not normally entitle guests to a refund.
